How true that Gigabyte G1305 Codfish will soon be launched by Orange? Yes, hearsays are everywhere but what’s true is that this smartphone has recently received its Bluetooth certification from the Bluetooth SIG.

Dubbed as Gigabyte Boston, this include tempting GSM and HSDPA connectivity (900/1900/2100 MHz), a 3.2 inch HVGA (480 x 320) touchscreen display, supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, A-GPS, 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU, and 256MB of RAM.

Unfortunately, there are no further details on what version of the Android OS the smartphone is running even its pricing. So we’ll just expect the unexpected.

According to a web page, the availability of Google services in China says that part of its mobile services is also ‘partially blocked’ in the country, just recently.

Google’s mobile services had been fully functional with no issues in China, and it was only now when the partial block came to be. It remains unclear what’s specifically blocked, but YouTube, Google Sites, and Blogger are all completely blocked while Docs, Picasa, Groups, and Mobile are all partially blocked in the country..n

For mobile users in China, there might be difficulty in using Google’s mobile services which include mobile search, maps, and e-mail juts to name a few. Let’s hope that restoration for…
